Why we picked it

Sony's flagship over-ears remain the pair every other headphone gets compared against: top-tier noise cancelling for flights and open offices, and microphones that keep your voice clear on calls even on a windy street. For commuters and frequent flyers, this is the buy-once-cry-once pick.
